1) Review the conditions specified under the Delivery and Return heading on the page of the product you want to return. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for products produced to order, personalized products upon your request, products purchased from the Outlet category and unpacked books.
2) Within 14 days of receiving your order, log in to your account by clicking the Member Login button in the upper right corner of our website. Then click on the "Request Return" button next to the order you want to return. Specify the product you want to return, the quantity and the reason, and complete your request.
3) Check your e-mail box for the return shipping label that will be sent to your e-mail address if your request is accepted,
4) Fill in the return section of your e-archive invoice delivered to you with your order. Pack the product in the original packaging as delivered to you. Don't forget to include your e-archive invoice in the package.
5) Send your package back to us via the courier company specified by the return shipping label delivered to you.
You must make your return within 14 days following the receipt of the return shipping label. After the returned products reach us, the suitability of the products for return will be checked and the order price will be returned to you within a maximum of 14 days through the payment instrument you used during the order. Don't forget to check your accounts.
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION REFUND CONDITIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
Shipping charges, which are product shipping costs, will be paid by the buyers, unless otherwise stated.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. For products subject to special production, this period is 60 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
In the event that it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 working days from the date of learning about this situation and return the total price to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) business days.
IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card with which the buyer has paid is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days at the expense of the BUYER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer is notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; If he has made the payment in cash, this fee will be paid to him in cash within 14 (fourteen) days from the cancellation. If the Buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the Buyer via the bank or intermediary payment institution within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from this cancellation.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; It will not receive damaged and defective goods/services such as dents, broken, torn packaging, etc., from the cargo company. The goods/services received will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. BUYER, After delivery, the goods/services must be carefully protected. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. A sample of the invoice with the return form must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
BUYER; Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him or to the person/organization at the address indicated, he may use his right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal and criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided that he notifies the SELLER via the contact information below. DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or to the person/organization at the address indicated. The right of withdrawal period starts on the day the BUYER or the third party designated by the BUYER receives the goods. However, the BUYER can also use the right of withdrawal within the period from the establishment of the contract to the delivery of the goods.
In determining the period of the right of withdrawal;
- a) For goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the last goods,
- b) In the case of goods consisting of more than one piece, the day on which the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last part,

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
"The product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the return form, completed invoice, original box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. All responsibility for the complete and undamaged delivery of the product to the SELLER belongs to the BUYER.
If the invoice of the product to be returned is a corporate invoice, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions will not be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued."
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER in proportion to his fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for the changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.
In the event that the campaign limit amount issued by the SELLER falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
Products that are prepared/produced by customizing the products produced on order in line with the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs and are not suitable for return, products purchased from the OUTLET category, disposable products, goods that are in danger of spoiling quickly or are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for health and hygiene to be returned if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after they are delivered to the BUYER, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, Goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided under the subscription agreement, Services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, If the package has been opened by the BUYER, it is not possible to return it in accordance with the Regulation. In addition, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for the services that have been started with the approval of the consumer before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period, in accordance with the Regulation.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDS, VCDs, CDs and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, intact and unused in order to be returned.
